Act 677 requires that each local education agency (LEA) make information available about the transfer of personally identifiable student information. Below you will find a listing of vendors with whom we share student information. The Innovators in Milestones School Board does not share student information for monetary gain. Information is only shared to enhance the educational experience of our students through the use of tools, such as online integrated monitoring tools and online developmental tools. Additionally, information may also be shared with vendors who provide programs necessary for the operation of our schools, such as a student information system or school lunch database. Please note that we will require that all vendors adhere to the terms outlined in Act 837 for protecting, sharing, and destroying student information. Powerschool functions as Milestone Academy’s Primary Student Information System. All data associated with a given student, including all personal information, grades, disciplinary, attendance, and medical information is stored in these systems hosted by Pearson School Systems.

Achievement Network (ANet) functions as a testing and monitoring system for all Students of Milestone Academy. The Anet software allows Milestone to gauge an individual students academic progress and react according to their needs.
